As your general contractor, we will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, management of vendors, subcontractors, and different trades including making areas to handicap accessible. We will keep communication between you and the involved parties, such as insurance companies and tenants, open and clear throughout the course of the projects.
Before starting a job we typically conduct an onsite visit to get a better understanding of the project. As a result of this, we will generate a scope of work and estimate for the project. At this point, we consider the cost of the materials, equipment as well as the cost of labor to provide you with a fair price for the project. We work very close with customers, listening, giving advice, suggestions, providing samples of materials and colors making their vision a reality.
